A specialist active dried SAMOGON yeast blended with a complete nutrient complex creating a ‘low congener’ strain for fermentation of high purity alcohol.

Active dried SAMOGON yeast for high purity ethanolic fermentations up to 14% ABV from any suitable starch based substrate. Blended with chemically defined nutrients specially designed for the fermentation of high purity alcohol.

The yeast nutrients contained in this product are pure, macro and micro nutrients chemically defined to provide all essential yeast fermentation requirements. Optimum alcohol quality is ensured through use of readily assimilable nitrogen from urea source and inclusion of a vitamins and trace mineral complex for stress-free fermentation.
